Required Experience:

  • Experience scaling with a cybersecurity startup from ~$0 -$15m
  • Experience building/selling products and services into enterprise SOCs (XDR, SIEM, SOAR, CTI, etc.)
  • P&L management experience (GM/CEO experience preferred)
  • Lead from the front management style with the ability to quickly make and execute on critical decisions.
  • Ability to foster a culture that values collaboration, transparency, and timely execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
