Job Responsibilities

Provide personalized tutoring assistance to students in various subject areas

Foster collaborative study techniques and offer guidance on effective learning strategies

Develop and manage educational resources to enhance learning outcomes

Cultivate a welcoming and productive learning atmosphere conducive to student success

Flexibly commute to students' residences or public locations for tutoring sessions

Maintain regular communication and collaboration with supervisors

Qualifications

Proficiency in remote tutoring methodologies

Access to a reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet connection

Strong academic background with coursework in math, science, and English (e.g., Algebra, Calculus, Biology)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Ability to connect with students of diverse academic levels and learning needs

Schedule

Preferred experience in tutoring and/or relevant college degree

Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday, with on-call hours

Expected commitment of 2-4 hours per week

Availability for tutoring sessions on weekdays and weekends as required

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
