Content Manager
Overview:
- We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join our marketing team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling messaging that will be utilized across all marketing channels. You will play a key role in shaping the company's brand voice and ensuring consistency in messaging across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and persuasive messaging for use across all marketing channels, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising materials, press releases, case studies, and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure that messaging is aligned with brand values and product/service offerings.
- Create and manage content for the website, print collateral, email, social media, and all other marketing collateral.
- Develop and manage content strategy for each specific industry targeted by the company, ensuring that messaging resonates with the unique needs and preferences of each audience.
- Strategically manage content for industry-specific applications, tailoring messaging and content to suit the requirements of different sectors.
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to inform content development and strategy.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in content marketing and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's content initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style guidelines across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Content Management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy decisions.
- Must be able to commute five days a week onsite.
