Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We're seeking a Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team at our corporate headquarters in Round Rock, Texas. As a key player in our organization, you'll play a vital role in supporting the business operations team through contract preparation and administration.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience drafting legal and/or healthcare contracts, or one-year relevant experience in negotiation or document drafting.
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative support role within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
- Assist in preparing various contract documents and bid responses using approved templates.
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow processes align with departmental protocols.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries.
- Track contract renewal and termination dates, evaluating current terms for necessary adjustments.
- Validate pricing information to ensure accuracy in billing systems.
- Generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with department directors and cross-functional teams to communicate contract updates effectively.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives, showcasing your initiative and teamwork skills.
- Enjoy taking ownership of your role in an autonomous yet supportive team environment.
- Maintain a safe and ergonomic workspace conducive to productivity.
- Occasional overtime may be required, but we prioritize work-life balance.
