Job Title: Creative Content Producer (Post Production)

Salary Range: $67,000.00 - $83,000.00/annual; plus, bonus eligibility

Summary: Creative Content Producer (Post Production) will primarily support the post-production of industry-leading video and digital content for the Titleist Golf Club, Vokey Wedge, and Scotty Cameron Putter brands, working alongside a growing team of creatives and marketers at Titleist Studios, a new 10,000 square-foot content hub in Oceanside, CA. The primary goal will be to ensure that the post-production process of creative projects is executed efficiently and on schedule, while also maintaining high-quality standards. This requires the ability to adapt to a constant flow of inbound creative requests so that the post-production workflow meets the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Titleist Golf Clubs, creating assets that reinforce its premium position and connection with the consumer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, edit, and traffic incoming media assets from content creators deployed in the field (ie PGA Tour).
  • Oversee final file delivery from third-party production partners, media formatting and compression to ensure platform-specific optimization of digital deliverables for omni-channel, integrated campaigns.
  • Establish and own post-production workflows with oversight and support of internal content/campaign calendars.
  • Lead large scale file management and archival processes, adopting and maintaining file naming conventions and overseeing transfer of large format, server-based video files to cloud backup applications.
  • Job requires travel 10%. Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials (cameras).

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Media, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing required. Other related BS degree providing knowledge / skill in videography will be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation (video, photo, and graphics).
  • Candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, self-initiative, and general golf knowledge.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects at once with the ability to deliver final product on time.
  • Prior experience in the sports marketing / golf industry is preferred.
  • Competent technical knowledge of file formats, video standards and compressions
  • Strong understanding of the modern media landscape and current media trends
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
  • Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite with primary focus on Premiere, Media Encoder, and After Effects.
  • Strong eye for detail, timing, film language and storytelling.
