About The Position

Responsibilities

Receive and process inbound faxes from providers.

Verify and complete missing prescription information accurately.

Enter data meticulously into the database.

Handle inbound calls regarding prescription details.

Potentially assist in training new associates.

Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in accurate data entry or related roles.

Ability to maintain a private and quiet remote workspace.

Reliable access to a strong and stable hard-wired internet connection.

Strong computer skills, including navigating databases and multitasking.

Effective Communication Skills To Articulate Technical Experience Clearly.
