Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class customer service through email, phone, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and effectively, escalating when needed.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional EU languages are a bonus).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
