The Role
At our company, we prioritize the customer journey above all else. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is essential. You will play a crucial role in processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support. Collaboration with various departments will be key to meeting customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service via phone, chat, and email
Process customer orders and manage returns accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records in our database promptly
Assist customers with inquiries regarding freight and transit
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, escalating issues as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Stay informed about our products and services to provide knowledgeable support
Collaborate closely with IT, purchasing, sales, and operations teams
Contribute to team meetings and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement
Education And Experience
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems a plus
