Storm3 is working with a well-known fertility benefits company that makes a lasting impact on families through the whole journey - from pre-conception and fertility to parenting. Their mission is to provide high quality care throughout the whole family solution experience. The company is looking to expand their Senior Client Success team. The role is an independent contributor that has experience in managing a client, maintaining the client's relationship. An ideal candidate is someone who experience in managing clients for 2+ years and fertility space experience is a HUGE plus.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Update and manage sales activities and account information in the CRM
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with cross-functional team members including sales, support, and more to align on customer goals and approach to success
