This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and understanding their needs to help the solutions for success adapt for client use. The focus is customer advocacy and outcome-driven success. We are looking for a candidate who has great:

Knowledge of legal operations, Salesforce, JIRA, and Zendesk are a plus. Also, knowledge of SaaS.
