The role:
Perform product demonstrations and tutorials through Video Calls
Engage clients and walk them through onboarding, training and customer support
Be a sponge for customer feedback and endeavor to improve customer experience
Work strategically with the technical and sales teams to provide optimized customer service
Regularly check in with clients and troubleshoot enquires
Provide strategic analysis of each clients unique situation using data
Collect feedback through customer surveys and NPS scores
Upsell and cross sell additional services where appropriate
About you:
Strong relationship-building skills, focusing on adding value to your clients
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Prior experience in a customer service/support role in Software or E-commerce is preferable
Able to communicate with both a technical and non-technical audience
Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive customer centric mindset
Must be self motivated
