Description Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and updating our company databases and systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting the smooth operation of our events and business activities.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Accurately input data into company databases and systems from various sources. Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Maintain data integrity by following data entry procedures and protocols. Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data. Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and provide necessary information. Perform regular data backups to secure company information. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related field preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
