About the Role:
As the Director of Business Development at BRIGS, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and capturing new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the company, as you lead initiatives to remain competitive and expand into new markets.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Build relationships with potential customers and partners.
Manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Research properties and market trends for strategic insights.
Lead initiatives to expand into new markets.
Evaluate acquisition opportunities for business growth.
Prepare documents and presentations for RFPs.
Deliver presentations to clients.
Coordinate account startup and transition.
Supervise marketing and social media efforts.
Recommend strategies for market expansion.
Assess and improve marketing and sales operations.
Supervise contractors for marketing and design.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team.
Set objectives to achieve organizational goals.
Integrate marketing, operations, and financial knowledge.
Create, track, and maintain accurate leads on Monday.com, ensuring information follows the correct workflow.
Maintain accurate records and present reports to executives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading sales initiatives or projects.
4+ years of experience in property management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business and project management skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop successful strategies.
Demonstrated ability to influence
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience with the potential to earn incentives.
