ePayResources & ePayAdvisors is looking for an accomplished individual to fill a key position and play an integral role in our success. We are looking for someone who is a team player and can apply their skills and experience.

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for the generation of new business for both the parent organization, ePayResources, and subsidiary entity, ePayAdvisors, while also working to maintain and cultivate prospective and current relationships among members and clients. Primary duties include effective and efficient communication to help facilitate the sales of client engagements, trainings, publications, event registrations, partnerships, and sponsorships. You must monitor and report pipeline and sales activity along with usage activities, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You must be a mature professional who demonstrates good judgment and an ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Additionally, you must be an Ideal Team Player and work well with internal and external coworkers and peers.Lastly, you must be resourceful and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment that is member oriented, mission-driven, and results-focused.


You should have:

  • 5+ years of related experience in a business development, account management and/or sales focused role.
  • The ability to forge strong and lasting relationships
  • High character and strong focus on people
  • Passion about your work, a client service focus, and be results-oriented.
  • The ability be handle difficult situations with tact and problem solving skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, proactive nature, resourcefulness and efficiency
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative internal relationships
  • Experience in financial services and electronic payments industry (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
