Reporting to: CEO

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and secure new clients and projects to achieve revenue growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
• Conduct market research to anticipate trends and maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with service offerings.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry peers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Significant experience in sales leadership within pharmaceutical CMO, CDMO, or related environments.
• A proven track record of driving business growth and securing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• International exposure and experience working in global markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
