Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive best-in-class commercial and financial controllership organization that will support the Company’s annual budget target achievement and long-term growth strategy.
  • Leads the review of the monthly P&L contract forecast process and the monthly
  • Provide full transparency on customer contract profitability.
  • Analyzes contract profitability variances to drive profitability improvement plans using key internal data.
  • Understands the creditors, debtors, general ledger, and payroll functions with an ability to obtain a detailed understanding and ability to make process recommendations through interactions with the various teams.
  • Review contract related cost models and partner with Legal, Operations and Solution Design
  • Act as the Company’s subject matter expert in regard to company’s management reporting global blueprint.
  • Manage a small team of senior level Financial Controllers.

Experience - Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field, CPA or CPA track is a plus
  • Minimum of 10+ years of billing related work experience, 5+ years of management experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and driving standardization across billing operations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
