Position:
You'll take on a pivotal role, leading and orchestrating activities in your designated region. Your responsibilities include strategically coordinating through a team of Area Directors, ensuring a seamless and successful operation. Join us at the forefront of Premier!
You will supervise operating units and selectively negotiate as needed for matters relating to account operations to ensure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals, and future business growth plans. In carrying out assigned responsibilities, you'll ensure that all personnel under their operational control stay in sync with all clients, government, corporate, and division policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for selected accounts within the region.
- Develop a business plan and budget for the region.
- Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results.
- Recommends and leads capital requirements to increase financial returns.
- Actively involved with sales of the business.
- Responsible for efficiency and staffing that is appropriate to the region's goals.
- Supervise period analysis and initiate action plans as vital.
- Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
- Maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels.
- Coordinate required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and respond in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required.
Job Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Five+ years of multi-unit supervisory experience in a restaurant or service-related field with high customer/client contact required.
- Direct responsibility for a minimum of 25 locations with at least 3-5 direct reports
- Experience leading multi-unit operations. Budgeting, forecasting, and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate efficiently in written format and oral presentations.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
- Possess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
- Proficient in Windows-based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
