Director of Sales

The ideal candidate will bring senior management experience in a fast-paced environment, possessing exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills necessary to drive our ongoing expansion. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, the Director of Sales will craft strategic plans to propel the company to new heights of productivity and achievement. Objective of this role: Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to formulate performance goals and long-term operational strategies. Enhance efficiency and productivity through rigorous process analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Establish strategic objectives to optimize operational efficiency and drive increased productivity. Evaluate current operational processes and performance, providing recommendations for enhancement where needed. Responsibilities: Define relevant business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department using our EOS process. Lead teams to improve key metrics and drive performance. Mentor, motivate, and develop emerging talent within the Business Development Departments. Provide oversight to department managers and team members on day-to-day operations. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of latest sales trends, methodology costs and results and make appropriate recommendations as necessary. Develop goals and metrics aligned with the company’s overarching vision. Develop strategic objectives related to sales functions. Develop sales plans, maintain sales, and marketing budgets for short and long- range. Coordinate with HR and Education for hiring and training staff. Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team. Prepare reports & presentations to update management with sales progress. Identify new marketing opportunities. Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel through EOS platform. Meeting/exceeding annual sales goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ten or more years of experience in senior leadership roles. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, demonstrated through past achievements. Comprehensive understanding of various operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, logistics, warehouse management, and employee supervision. Proven track record of planning and executing operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Ability to implement streamlined structures and roles to enhance speed and efficiency while adapting to evolving business needs. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with budgeting processes and performance reporting. Communication and interpersonal skills.
