Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner at Above and Beyond Catering in Boston, MA. The Event Planner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as event planning, budgeting, sales, and event management. The Event Planner will work closely with clients to ensure their events are successful and meet their expectations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience in event planning and management
Strong budgeting skills
Experience in sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of food and beverage industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field is preferred
