The Role:

Are you a budding event professional with a flair for creating extraordinary events? Do you thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? Do you love creating an event from start to finish, top to bottom? Are you looking to stay in the event industry and grow your role within it? If so, we are interested in hearing from you. We are looking for a talented Event Producer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences that wow our clients and guests.


What You’ll Do:

  • Plan & Execute: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events from start to finish. We ask that you have experience in independently managing an overall corporate event with minimal oversight.We are seeking someone with corporate event, meeting management or conference production experience.
  • Coordinate: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Budget: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality with an eye for detail and accuracy. 
  • Problem-Solve: Anticipate and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with and communicate well (kindly) with clients, vendors, and our internal teams to bring projects to life. 
  • Evaluate: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive event management experience with a portfolio of successful events that you’ve produced. Cvent experience, specialization in corporate conferences, and CMP certification are preferred.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas to life and proactively find solutions for challenges that inevitably arise.
  • Organization:  Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are a busy company and events roll from one to the next and that means, you need to be able to prioritize and keep the ball moving on more than one front at a time.  
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Kindness and respect are a must. In this industry, a supplier today is a client tomorrow.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Details are important. 
  • Flexibility:  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in event management software and tools including room layout (Social Tables), registration software (Cvent), Monday, and Office Suite are all nice to have.
