A leading company focused on global digital strategies through its open cloud platform is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Executives. This role involves managing complex tasks and multiple responsibilities, including long-term projects and immediate priorities. This is a contract position with the potential to extend or convert to FTE.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive executive support for daily operations.
Schedule meetings, speaking engagements, and client interactions.
Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Prepare presentations, itineraries, and coordinate logistics.
Collaborate with the sales team and external contacts to arrange customer meetings.
Assist in planning quarterly and annual meetings, including business reviews and sales kickoffs.
Communicate regularly with finance, sales operations, and talent acquisition teams.
Qualifications:
5+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced, growing organization at the C-level.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience supporting executives focused in revenue highly favored.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Highly professional, polished, reliable, and a strong self-starter with a flexible approach.
High level of discretion with confidential information.
Proven experience preparing information for executives.
Excellent references.
This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build sustainable relationships across various levels of the organization.
