Job Summary 

The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the Chief Development Officer. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling all matters. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SVP including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

Required Competencies 

Meeting Preparation: Prepares Chief Development Officer for all meetings with external and internal stakeholders

Communication: Establishing and maintaining effective communication with each team member, board members, and OEP investors through excellent oral and written communication.

Time Management: Comfortability working on multiple projects at a time to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines.  

Attention to Detail: Provide a strong critical eye to data, processes, and creative problem solving to ensure all events and programs are executed successfully.

Event & Program Support: Assist staff lead with event or program design, deliverables and day-of execution.

Microsoft Office Suite: Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite of tools on day one to effectively communicate with staff and measure performance metrics. 

Preferred Competencies 

Salesforce: Knowledge of Salesforce to manage data and pull reports for internal tracking.
