What will you be doing?

As our Executive Producer, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the production of our multimedia content, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Your responsibilities will include leading the development, planning, and execution of video content, podcasts, webinars, and other multimedia projects.

You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and external vendors, to ensure high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our brand and mission. Your primary focus will be to manage the end-to-end production process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining creative standards, managing production schedules, and ensuring all content meets our strategic goals.

Your contributions are pivotal in enhancing Allurion’s brand presence and communicating our message effectively to a global audience. You’ll be at the forefront of driving our content strategy and supporting our growth and success in the industry.

What We’re Looking For In You

  • Bachelor’s Degree Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is essential, ensuring a solid foundation in production and storytelling techniques.
  • Extensive Experience: We seek a production professional with 7+ years of experience in multimedia production, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Recognized Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in project management, video production, and multimedia content creation is highly valued.
  • Creative Vision: Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and produce compelling content that aligns with our brand.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of production equipment, editing software, and multimedia platforms.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborative Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented and Initiative-driven: Demonstrated goal orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving, displaying creativity, independence, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, managing multiple assignments effectively.
  • Professionalism: Upholding high standards of professionalism fosters a culture of excellence and integrity within the workplace, contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence in utilizing Microsoft Office and production-specific software tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Location:
