Looking for individuals experienced in low voltage cabling, both fiber optic and copper. A Fiber Optic Technician is responsible for installing, splicing, and maintaining fiber optic cables, which are used to transmit data, voice, and video over long distances. The Technician is responsible for ensuring that fiber cable infrastructure is working correctly and meeting customer needs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have a good attitude and work well with others.
Must speak English. Fusion splicing knowledge is preferable.
Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to take a drug test. Must pass a background check.
Must have verifiable past employment.
Compensation based on experience and negotiable.
Minimum three month commitment.
Must adhere to dress and conduct code.
