The Project Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing, forecasting, and reporting financial data to support the company's strategic decision-making process. Responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to drive financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budgets, identifying areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee Accounting Operations: Month-end accounting, maintain the general ledger, reconcile balance sheet accounts, reconcile bank statements and perform normal period-end closing.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present financial reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure financial information is communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
• Member of Decision-Making Team: Works closely with other senior leaders to drive growth and seek improvements in company processes.
• Data Analysis: Collect and organize financial and operational data, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Analyze key financial metrics, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights.
JOB EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Accounting software, financial modeling software).
• Exceptional experience with Excel, BI Tools and data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
