Finance Project Manager

My client is seeking a with a Finance Project Manager to bolster their team. This individual needs to be used to fast pace environment and adaptable to change company stands as an industry leader, dedicated to delivering unique, accessible, and premium-grade medications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer direct project management support to our Financial organization, encompassing but not limited to Supply Chain, FP&A balancing, Statutory Accounting, Business Development, Strategic Finance, and Tax/Treasury operations.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with leaders and decision-makers within the Finance organization. Foster rapport, effective communication, and facilitate project involvement with other Finance business partners (e.g., Corporate Applications Support, FP&A, HR).
• Oversee intricate, cross-functional initiatives, involving structuring and managing programs and projects, overseeing the analytics process, aiding in consensus-building among key stakeholders, and ensuring sufficient business cases to support the endeavors.
• Promote, manage, and provide recommendations to enhance best practices, including the professional development of team members within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EMPO).
• Spearhead the execution of the Management System across all corporate domains. Act as a pivotal resource in constructing, refining, and guiding the Management System process across the organization.
• Initiate and facilitate the monthly operating committee meetings, inclusive of gathering all essential KPI data from across the company.
• Furnish dedicated recommendations to the VP Business Operations for steering the Project Management execution process and enhancing operations within the EPMO office.

Experience:

• PMP, CSM, or similar certification.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting functions e.g. P&L, Forecasting and accounting.
• Ability to travel once a quarter.
