Job Responsibilities

• Support internal customer groups and controllers in all finance and accounting matters including providing data around revenues, expenses, governance controls, operational lift
• Work with the functional leaders and other finance partners to build scalable financial processes and business metrics for their initiatives (e.g. international expansion)
• Provide financial and business analysis to leaders and business partners including cost-saving and process-improvement recommendations
• Support and be the point of contact for orders to cash, procure to pay, and accounting processes and policy
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with weighing in and writing ARD’S
• Proficiency with Excel, Sharedocs, MSFT Suite
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP systems
• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and build mechanisms to address root causes and risks
