We are currently seeking an exceptional Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.

This individual will work closely with the Sr. Financial Analyst, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Chief Financial Officer, and the leadership team in developing financial and operational reports, analysis for supporting cross-functional business teams, financial models and the annual budget.

This position will help drive the success of the business by providing information, analysis, and recommendations on financial and operational matters to assist in decision-making. Additionally, this individual will provide analysis and Excel modeling in support of buy-build-partner strategies, including M&A and capital markets projects as needs arise. The role will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Perform monthly and quarterly analysis for sales commission compensation
  • Work on monthly forecasts and the annual budget process
  • Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and product line profitability
  • Maintain order form calculation tools for sales team
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Maintain critical data tables for financial and operational metrics used to evaluate and report on business performance
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
  • Work with Product and Partnerships teams to support the creation and building of economic opportunity models for buy-build-partner activities, including driving and validating the size of markets as well as internal revenue, expense and growth assumptions
  • Assist in performing fact-finding and data clean-up activities to validate and consolidate sources of truth for data and financial flows

Position Proficiencies and Requirements:

  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a SaaS organization
  • Must be completely proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic foundational experience with MS Power BI, PowerPivot, and DAX is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, Staxbill, and Sage Intacct
  • Must demonstrate career progression in corporate finance, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy groups
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles

  • Ability to listen and interpret requirements of internal customers and guide them to optimal outcomes
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and without support infrastructures commonly found in large, mature companies
  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment with confidence
  • Must be a driven self-starter with ability to work independently in a fully remote position
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
