Franchise Business Consultant

PrimoHoagies Franchising is seeking a Field Business Consultant to join our team! This is an office-based job in Westville, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with franchisees on business and unit economics 
• Train franchisees and employees on operating procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Consult with franchisees on marketing strategies, advertising, and market penetration 
• Provide clear communication within system
• Lead, consult with and influence store operators and/or franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans, and new strategies

Qualifications:

•  Proven ability to work with and influence direct reports, franchisees, peers and senior management
• Proven prioritization, presentation, time management, project management, and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Overnight and daily travel is required 
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
