Our client, a large California based law firm, is seeking a front desk receptionist to join their team. Ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of front desk and office support or customer service experience. Must have experience within a professional services organization.
Duties will include answering of phones, greet guests and clients, catering, set up and break down conference rooms, schedule conference room meetings, ensure videoconference equipment is functional for meetings, administrative and overflow support when needed.
HS graduate required.
MS Office, Outlook, Word and solid experience with Excel, calendaring management, faxing and scanning of documents.
Must be highly professional, detail oriented and offer a high level of customer service.
Firm offers full benefits and bonus structure. This position is in the office 5 days/week.
