About the Role

As Fund Administration Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in fund administration services across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and ongoing service excellence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to position the company as a leader in fund services.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the fund administration (7 years+) or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements in Europe.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while driving tangible results.
