General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager with a passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralization to guide the company through its next phase of growth.

Our mission is to streamline node operations by providing a highly intuitive and user friendly platform for purchasing and managing nodes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and refine the strategic vision in collaboration with co-founders, focusing on the integration of node providers and suppliers.

• Drive recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team across technical, marketing, and operational functions, emphasizing expertise in blockchain and node operations.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments are aligned with company objectives and performance metrics, particularly in the context of blockchain and crypto-related projects.

• Develop and implement scalable processes, infrastructure, and a company culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and growth, with a focus on blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

• Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and financial planning to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability, leveraging your network within the cryptocurrency and blockchain community.

• Actively engage with the blockchain community to establish partnerships,participate in events, and stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.

• Oversee the launch and adoption of the platform’s token, ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and value creation for stakeholders.

• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to launch campaigns, products, and features that resonate with the crypto market and drive user growth.

• Prepare the company for key milestones, including potential public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions, within the context of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of blockchain technology.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with demonstrable knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and scaling an organization, preferably in tech.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is highly desirable.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a start-up environment, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.

• Previous success in launching a platform or significant product within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space is highly desirable.

• Strong network within the blockchain and broader cryptocurrency industry to leverage for partnerships and team building.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in representing companies in high-stakes discussions.
