Environmental Due Diligence and Site Remediation management for high profile Fortune 50 companies. Coordinating and managing Phase I & II environmental site assessments, environmental management, soil and groundwater investigation and remediation, implementation of best management practices, remedial investigation/feasibility study and remedial design/remedial action work plan preparation. Other duties include the following:
Able to manage and analyze large environmental datasets with spreadsheets and other technical software
With strong organizational skills, Communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines and budgets
Able to learn and stay up to date on guidance of state and federal environmental regulations
Maintain successful client relations
Coordinate site work with customers and regulatory agencies
Supervision of project personnel/vendors during the acquisition and divestiture of real estate.
Qualification and Skills:
Must have a BS in Geology, Environment Engineering or Environmental Science
5+ years of Environmental Due Diligence, Site Remediation and Environmental Compliance
Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills for database work and proficiency in MS Office- word, excel and PowerPoint
Must pass a drug test and background check
