With the company’s rapid growth, this is a newly established job position at the group level, offering a unique opportunity to drive impactful change at the forefront of a growing and dynamic company.


The position:

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will design, implement, and manage C&B programs across all entities within the international group to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. This role involves developing global compensation strategies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.



Responsibilities

Global Compensation Strategy and Analysis: Develop and implement global compensation strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, market trends, and pay equity goals, while conducting market benchmarking to ensure competitive practices. Oversee salary structures, incentive programs, and the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations.

Compensation Guidance and Compliance: Provide guidance on compensation decisions, such as offers, promotions, and job evaluations. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations across all entities and recommend policy adjustments in response to regulatory changes. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with global C&B administration.

Global Benefits Program Management: Design and oversee global benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other benefits. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

• Employee Wellness and Well-Being: Develop and implement wellness programs that promote employee well-being and work-life balance, and recommend benefits adjustments based on employee feedback and market trends.

HRIS Management and Optimization: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS to support compensation, benefits, and broader HR functions. Manage system upgrades and provide training and support to HR teams on effective system use.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure the HRIS facilitates key processes like compensation reviews and benefits enrolment. Analyze HRIS data to generate reports that offer insights into compensation trends, benefits utilization, and workforce metrics.

Communication and Training: Partner with internal communications to ensure that details and changes to compensation and benefits programs are effectively conveyed. Lead information sessions and training programs for employees and managers on best practices and policies.

Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for global compensation and benefits programs. Conduct cost analyses to evaluate financial impacts and collaborate with finance teams for accurate forecasting and financial reporting of related expenses.



Job Requirements

  • From 5 years of experience in C&B management, with a focus on global or multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience managing employee benefits programs across multiple countries and regions.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing HRIS platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present C&B data.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws and regulatory requirements related to C&B.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
