JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Head of Transformation Product Owners will spearhead the product strategy and execution across the company as a member of Chubb's Global Digital Transformation Office. This executive be responsible for supporting innovation, enhancing organizational alignment to the business, and accelerating digital product development to support Chubb's strategic objectives.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop Chubb’s Product Management set-up (leveraging and developing the existing playbook and training) including directing role assessments, training & development, sharing of standards and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement through strategic feedback to improve domain lead experience and better serve the squads.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global product roadmap aligned with the digital transformation strategy.
  • Establish clear OKRs and performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and agile product development practices.
  • Oversee the management of digital portfolios through clear communication and deep partnership with Domain Leads responsible for delivering the business outcomes, this support includes prioritization, planning, and execution of digital flips.
  • Support the design and implementation of a global digital operating model, nuanced for NA and Overseas Digital Transformation leaders, including optimizing processes and structures to support the effective delivery of digital products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in leading product management teams and driving digital product initiatives within a global organization, preferably in the consulting, insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and implementing agile product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
