We are looking for a Head of Accounting with a strong accounting background and experience working with gaming operators holding a Curacao license. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and involves overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting and financial functions of the organization.
Ensure compliance with regulations associated with Curacao-licensed gaming operators.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the CEO and stakeholders.
Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
Qualifications:
Strong accounting background with experience in the iGaming industry.
Experience working with Curacao-licensed operators.
Proven leadership experience in a CFO or Head of Accounting role.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
