Having established a strong presence in the US, we are now expanding into Europe and seeking an exceptional Vice President of AI to lead this growth from an AI/ML perspective. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our European strategy, scale AI capabilities, and build a world-class team while working closely with our US headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the AI roadmap to support our European market entry and broader global growth.
Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI/ML team in Europe, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
AI Innovation: Drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI products tailored to European market needs, including localisation and compliance.
Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with company goals.
Thought Leadership: Represent the company in the AI community, participating in conferences, industry events, and collaborations with European partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives, preferably at a VP or senior leadership level in a high-growth company.
Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including natural language processing, computer vision, and large-scale model deployment.
A track record of scaling teams and building AI/ML capabilities in global markets, particularly in Europe.
Strong knowledge of European AI regulations, data privacy laws, and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
