An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Investment Operations to join a dynamic, international financial services group undergoing a major transformation. This is a key leadership role focused on unifying and modernizing investment and transaction processing operations across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers the flexibility of being fully remote from any of the countries where the company operates (Malta, UK, Cyprus) and provides a chance to drive operational excellence across global teams.

The Head of Investment Operations will oversee the centralization of key processes critical to trade execution, client operations, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in streamlining transaction processing, reporting, and risk management, while driving automation and collaboration across departments.

You Will:

• Lead and implement standardized operational processes for transaction processing, reconciliation, reporting, and corporate actions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage cross-functional relationships, ensuring smooth operations with teams such as Trading, Treasury, Finance, and Account Management.
• Oversee the development and deployment of metrics dashboards to monitor service level standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in financial operations leadership, ideally in brokerage or asset management.
• Proven expertise in financial markets (equities, bonds, derivatives) and transaction settlement processes.
• Strong understanding of EU/UK regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing multinational teams and implementing centralized systems across multiple time zones.

Salary / Remuneration: €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
