Executive Director, Program Management
Full-time, onsite 5 days a week.
Respsonsibilities include:
Developing and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for the Program Management function in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of project managers.
Overseeing the end-to-end management of the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in project management
Proven track record of proficiently steering multifaceted projects, particularly within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical realms.
Experience taking a program or programs through approval.
Preference given to candidates with prior involvement in cell therapy projects.
