Fulton Center is hiring an HMO Coordinator in Gloversville, NY.
DUTIES:
Acts as the liaison between the clinical staff and the HMOs.
Collect vital information to be shared with the HMOs.
Verify coverage & benefits with the HMOs to ensure proper compensation.
Coordinate the services associated with discharge or return home.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have a clinical background.
Should understand medical terminology.
Must be able to read clinical charts.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Experience with EMR a plus.
