Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a seamless Guest experience at arrival and departure
• Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship
• Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the Guest areas
• Ensuring that all Guests are provided access to all Guest experience programs
• Attract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality Guest experience
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Guest Service Manager
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Boutique and/or Lifestyle Hotel
• At least 8 years of Hotel experience
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality related field preferred
• Passionate Leadership skills
• People-oriented Servant Leader
• Trainer mindset
