Position Title: HR Director - North America

Department: HR & Communications

Reporting Line: Directly reports to HR Director, North America, UK & Ireland, Northern, Central & Eastern Europe

Location: Chicago, USA

About The Role

As the HR Director for North America, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, delivering an exceptional employee experience, and driving cultural transformation. With responsibility for approximately 360 employees across various sites, including Montreal, Chicago, Miami, and Panama, you will partner closely with regional leadership to ensure a sustainable business that meets the evolving needs of our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR & Communication initiatives within the geography, aligning strategies with business objectives and local market needs.

Partner with the Head of North America to identify and manage key people topics, implementing organizational structures in compliance with local regulations.

Provide coaching to leadership teams to ensure effective management practices aligned with company culture.

Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging the company's brand to attract and retain key talent.

Manage social and employee relations, ensuring effective HR policies and guidance for managers and employees.

Motivate and develop team members to deliver high performance, tracking achievement of KPIs and targets.

Role model the company's culture, values, and leadership behaviors, actively supporting diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Your Profile

Skills And Experience

Demonstrated HR leadership experience across multiple sites.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to make business-focused decisions.

Collaborative and engaging with a track record of driving change and performance.

Deep understanding and working experience in US employment markets.

Relevant qualification in business management with a specialization in HR/organizational behavior/development preferred.
