Our client, a leading international product company in the gambling sector, is seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to both strategic and operational HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide strategic HR support to leadership, particularly in talent management and organizational development.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including salary reviews.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives such as eNPS surveys.
  • Collaborate across teams to align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive HR offering.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations and as an HR Business Partner within the IT and/or iGaming sector.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
  • Experience with project management practices.
  • Proficiency in HR tools (experience with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English, written and verbal.
