Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global employee training and development programs tailored to regional and cultural needs.
- Support overseas recruitment efforts by advising on talent strategy, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Work with local HR teams to develop recruitment strategies that align with the company’s global business needs..
- Facilitate cultural integration programs to enhance cross-cultural communication and understanding across global teams.
- Ensure HR programs and policies are compliant with local labor laws, regulations, and business practices in all overseas markets.
- Work closely with senior management to align HRD initiatives with the company’s strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to share best practices, resources, and solutions to common HR challenges.
- Support the development of global HR policies, ensuring that they are adaptable to regional requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in managing HR development programs in multiple countries or regions.
