Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team and manage the contingent workforce for our client. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the management process of temporary and contract employees for the client's organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, local compliance regulations, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the contingent workforce.
Responsibilities:
Contingent Workforce Recruitment:
Collaborate with the client's hiring managers to understand their temporary workforce needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions, ensuring alignment with the client's requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors to source suitable candidates.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new contingent workers, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and compliance requirements are met.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize contingent workers with the client's policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Contract Management:
Manage the contract lifecycle for contingent workers, including extensions, terminations, and renewals as required.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to contingent workforce management.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Develop initiatives to enhance the engagement and satisfaction of the contingent workforce.
Regularly communicate with contingent employees to address concerns and provide support as needed.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contingent workers, contracts, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate reports on key metrics related to contingent workforce management for the client and internal stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations for process improvements, and optimize the contingent workforce strategy.
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure the timely availability of qualified candidates.
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, with exposure to contingent workforce management.
Familiarity with HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Native level local language proficiency is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands.
