Influencer Coordinator

Overview:

Under the direction of the Influencer Associate Manager, the Influencer Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Moroccanoil Ambassador program.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Moroccanoil Ambassador program by working with influencers for content deliverables that align with organic, paid, and retail needs
• Create content briefs for Influencers detailing product messaging, how-to, talking points, and video shots needed in PowerPoint
• Work with cross-functional teams to review Influencer content for edits and approvals
• Manage deliverables calendar to track content status and share final approved content
• Fulfill product orders for influencers, giveaways, and the product closet through Shopify and SAP for all Moroccanoil Hair and Body SKUs
• Monitor the collaboration emails for influencer PR collab inquiries
• Support micro-influencer product seeding activations for product launches and promotions through GRIN
• Identify and reach out to potential micro-influencer relationships for organic and paid content campaigns
• Coordinate with Moroccanoil warehouse for influencer mailer packing instructions and quantity reserves
• Track and analyze micro-influencer campaign performances to measure content delivered, reach, and EMV
• Create and ship influencer PR product packages through FedEx and messenger
• Support the Content Team by filming and editing for social channel needs

Required:

• 1-2 Year experience in influencer marketing beauty space preferred
• A natural interest and understanding of the influencer marketing space and up-to-date social media trends
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI’s for influencer content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Video editing experience preferred Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premier Pro
• Hybrid: must be able to commute to the NYC office
