The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer and Showroom Assistant to help manage our Showroom and Influencer Appointments based in LA.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming all guests into the showroom / notifying team members when appointments have arrived
  • Handle showroom appointments with Influencers and supporting the Influencer team with daily appointments
  • Manage the Melrose email mailbox
  • Manage the Influencer appointment calendar
  • Manage the incoming mail, sorting and distributing to the relevant team members
  • Organising food and refreshments for meetings and showroom overall
  • Assisting in arrangements for meetings, catering and transport when required
  • Making sure the reception area, showroom, closet and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Dealing with couriers and helping receive delivery packages
  • Arranging all invoicing for LA based courier/delivery services
  • Assisting to unpack packages and mechanize showroom
  • Taking accurate messages
  • Logging all team credit card purchases (Caxton & AMEX)
  • Manage roster of free of charge (not paid) Influencers
  • Place showroom and influencer orders
  • Research new Influencers to gift on a daily basis. Nurturing and building direct relationships with influencers within the USA
  • Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives
  • Host regular, weekly showroom appointments
  • Update the Influencer support doc with confirmed coverage
  • Assist the team on Influencer campaign launches, trips and launch dinners
  • Assisting on events and helping to manage guestlists
  • Be a support for the Creative team when they are shooting in LA (booking travel, arranging refreshments, ensuring studio is kept tidy, welcoming models into the office)

More About You

  • Some previous experience working in a showroom would be prefferable
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
