Sales Director
Location: Remote, US
About this Opportunity:
Our client is a high-growth SaaS firm, backed by a highly prolific Private Equity firm.
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company and collaborating with a dynamic team to grow revenue and propel the company’s growth.
About you:
- You have 3+ years of B2B sales director experience at a SaaS firm
- You are a highly driven and motivated sales leader, leading by example and driving your team to success
- You are confident but have the ability to adapt quickly where needed and accept constructive criticism
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills
What you will do:
- Manage, hire and coach a highly successful Sales team by establishing clear responsibilities and individual career goals
- Assist Account Executives to manage their pipeline through the full sales cycle
- Provide detailed reports and forecasts to sales management
- Utilize HubSpot as a CRM for record-keeping and reporting purposes
- Be able to implement training plans for struggling sales reps
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Participate in meetings to drive progress and resolution
What you will need:
- 3+ years of B2B sales director experience within a high-growth SaaS firm
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- BA in business administration, marketing, mathematics, or related field
- Experience with HubSpot and Gong preferred
- Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter with a competitive approach to closing business
- Proven track record of leading a sales team to success
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective skills in delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations
