What you will do

  • As a Devslopes Sales Representative, you will act as a consultant for prospective students and be the problem solver they need to help support them in their decision.
  • You will drive the sales of innovative educational services designed to teach our students how to become successful software engineers.
  • You will achieve your assigned quota by building relationships and a sales pipeline through your inbound leads from various lead sources.
  • You are responsible for becoming an industry expert as you work with leads interested in joining the tech and marketing world. Your knowledge of Devslopes and competitors' offers, available career routes builds credibility with your enrolled students.
  • You focus on student success by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing highly responsive and unsurpassed customer service.
  • You strive for operational excellence, documenting lead and deal stages within our CRM and tracking your prospective students' progress at every stage of the purchasing process.
  • As a Devslopes Sales Representative, you are driven to solve real problems and help our students make the right educational decision.


What you need

  • You must be a virtuous individual that lives by our values of Sacrifice, Challenge, Respect and Trust.
  • You must be comfortable with rapid change and have a track record of adapting to changes in the workplace.
  • Bachelor’s degree is not required.
  • Base knowledge of coding, marketing, cryptocurrencies and the tech world as a whole is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-customer, retail, or related experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, specifically stress management, people management, and conflict management.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and experience using CRM (Customer Relation Management) tools are preferred.
  • Willingness to work 60+ hour/week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 base plus commission

On Target Annual Income: $115,000 in first year
