Key Responsibilities:

- Assess the needs of potential clients, gather relevant information, and schedule consultations with our attorneys.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert inquiries into retained clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and communications.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the intake process.
Key Competencies:
- Strong background in sales, with a proven track record in sales conversion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic approach to client interactions and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and client conversion.
- Familiarity with legal services is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus
Salary:
- Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience.
